I have been able to answer these questions by saying yes in fact I do . They faced adversity playing on the softball team. One final point is that in our working lives we are no strangers to adversity and disappointment. This is especially true when working in government. But trust me when I say that when you captain a softball team that loses consecutive games you learn a lot about keeping your head high in the face of adversity and continuing to fight when things aren't going your way.
